Carla Tanz

Carla first walked into a yoga class in her early 20s after her therapist suggested it might help with racing thoughts and anxiety. Over time, the practice became a steady framework supporting her through life’s emotional and physical ups and downs.

Today Carla is an E-RYT 500 trained through Five Pillars Yoga and Prema Yoga. In her classes she focuses on building strength, ease, and practical tools students can carry into everyday life, with the simple goal that everyone leaves feeling a little calmer, clearer, and more at home in their bodies.
