Alexandra Samet

Alex has 10 years of teaching experience as a certified yoga instructor, with specialties in Vinyasa and Yin, as well as eight years as an IIN-certified health coach.

She blends thoughtful, alignment-based asana with creative sequencing to help students build mind-body awareness and stay present. She aims to create a non-intimidating space where students feel comfortable trying hard things and discovering what's possible.

Her wellness tips have been featured in publications including Verywell and Men's Fitness, and Shape Magazine recognized her donation-based classes supporting healthcare workers. She has also demonstrated asana at the Times Square Summer Solstice event, bringing yoga to one of the world's most iconic stages.
